Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound phone calls and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales team members, and other stakeholders
• Use computer programs and software to manage customer interactions, resolve issues, and provide solutions
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and drive business growth
• Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations to customers
• Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures as needed

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home and have a secure workspace dedicated to job activity
• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
• Stable internet connection with speeds greater than 5 megabits per second upload, 15 megabits per second download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
