**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our Cornerstone Brands team, which includes Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate. You'll work remotely to assist customers with their orders and accounts by problem-solving, driving sales, and promoting products effectively. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound customer calls in a high-volume environment
* Provide a distraction-free work-from-home environment
* Offer additional products on each customer interaction
* Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
* Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data

**What You Bring**
* Problem-solving and de-escalation skills to handle unique situations
* Ability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day

* Ability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
* Ability to sit for long periods of time
* Familiarity with Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
* Troubleshooting skills to resolve technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
* Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or customer service)
* Experience working in a retail or e-commerce environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
