Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to customers at their scheduled appointment times, validating and reviewing paperwork using screen-sharing software
- Submit accurate paperwork for further review, ensuring all records are current and accurate
- Identify and resolve document issues by validating information, determining the root cause of problems, and providing appropriate solutions
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks such as typing, data validation, and customer interaction simultaneously, maintaining a dependable schedule for customer appointments
- Provide exceptional customer service, remaining calm and professional in all interactions, and contributing to team efforts by achieving related results as needed
Essential Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service or customer support experience required
- 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required
- Technical savvy, with the ability to toggle between multiple programs and dual monitors
- Quick learner, able to work independently, and type 35 words per minute accurately
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening and excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle demanding customers while remaining calm and professional, with a demonstrated ability to deliver world-class customer service consistently
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous remote work from home experience a plus
- Proficiency with screen-sharing software and general office technology
- Flexibility to cross-train as requested, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
