Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree highly desired. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, with prior experience in a contact center/call center environment and the healthcare industry being highly preferred. You will also need to have knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience with Laboratory Information Systems, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond.
