Job Description

As a Customer Service Team Leader at blithequark, you will be responsible for managing the operational workflow, coaching and developing frontline specialists, and promoting exceptional customer satisfaction. You will understand contact center metrics and implement strategic goals and processes to drive business results. This is a full-time, office-based role that requires your presence 5 days a week.
