**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Providing fast, friendly service to customers, actively seeking out opportunities to assess their needs and provide assistance
* Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell entire projects
* Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
* Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
* Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
* Participating in sales initiatives and promotions to drive sales growth and customer engagement
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve departmental and company-wide goals

**Essential Qualifications:**
