About the Role
As a Customer Solutions Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls to schedule jobs and handle customer service inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Initiate outbound phone calls to customers for scheduling service calls, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Handle various customer inquiries and requests efficiently and accurately, resolving issues and concerns in a fair and timely manner.
- Dispatch the correct technician to each job based on qualifications, geography, and customer preference, utilizing our Service Titan and ClearPath software.
- Proactively communicate with customers regarding estimated arrival times, technician details, and other relevant information.
- Communicate with technicians regarding availability, expected completion time, and other job details, ensuring seamless execution.
- Ensure accuracy of customer details, including name, phone number, address, and other relevant information, on all scheduled calls.
- Perform a variety of administrative duties as requested by your direct supervisor and other managers within the company.
- Interact with service technicians and customers from residential to commercial, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a customer service environment, preferably in a related industry.
- Residency in Illinois, with the ability to commute to McHenry, IL for initial training.
- Previous dispatch experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and technicians.
- Experience in plumbing, electric, or HVAC is desirable, but not necessary.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage priorities and workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work efficiently from home.
- The ability and willingness to work nights and weekends as required.
