The Customer Solutions Specialist I will be responsible for handling homeowner and service professional escalations, evaluating the risk of each escalation, and providing appropriate solutions to resolve complaints while mitigating ongoing risk. As a Customer Solutions Specialist I, you will be the voice of arenaflex, and your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in de-escalating complaints and providing high-level customer service.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in customer service, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You should be comfortable maintaining a high volume of cases and outbound calls each day, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to make critical decisions autonomously, think on your feet, and pivot quickly in response to changing circumstances. Your ability to have tough conversations, handle objections, and utilize strong problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
