- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have the most complete and up-to-date information about their orders
- Partner with other departments to support both customers and the company, using best practices to analyze customer situations and provide strategic solutions
- Foster a team-oriented environment, maintaining a positive and professional attitude in all correspondence

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Proficient typing abilities and proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation
Remote Work Requirements
To work from home with arenaflex, you will need:
- Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection (cable or fiber internet connections preferred, with at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload)
- Access to a home router and modem
- A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free, with a strong wireless connection or wired Ethernet connection
- A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.)
- The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
