Job Overview
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for assisting in driving revenue focused on legacy products, promoting arenaflex Sage products to nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff, and providing excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Sales team to help organically grow our business, in-service, and educate clinical teams in our current customer base. Your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be essential in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive focus and targeted organic growth and accretive op margin performance across targeted legacy products
- Promote arenaflex Sage products to nurses, clinicians, and hospital staff while providing excellent customer service and developing customer relationships
- Educate and inform Healthcare Professionals regarding the proper use of products, including product functionality, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs
- Meet targeted objectives within an assigned geography and keep Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives informed of territory and project progress regularly
- Assist in hospital surveys and post-sale implementation and training, including ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction
- Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity, and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service
- May assist in preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings
- Solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion and adhere to all facility protocols and pertinent OSHA guidelines when conducting product evaluations
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 0-2 years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent time management, project management, experience with reports and budget, and customer service skills
- A valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record
