As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving business growth, and contributing to the development of our innovative software solution. If you're passionate about helping small businesses and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you. **Key Responsibilities** * **Technical Product Support**: Handle inbound support interactions, providing fast and effective solutions to customer issues via call, text, or email. This will also involve rotating on-call 24/7 for at least 7 days per month. * **Account Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they are satisfied with our services. * **Product Management**: Serve as the liaison between our product team and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication on bug fixes and feature requests.
