About the Role: Customer Success Lead

As a Customer Success Lead, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our onboarding and customer experience (CX) engines. Your primary objective will be to foster strong relationships with key accounts, collaborate with account managers to empower our customers, and drive the adoption of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Short-Term and Long-Term Objectives:

In the first three months, you will focus on becoming a product expert, owning customer onboarding, and developing a complete understanding of our customers' needs.
