**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success & Project Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
* Serving as the primary point of contact for clients during the rollout process, providing exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with arenaflex.
* Delivering comprehensive training, documentation, and ongoing guidance to ensure successful adoption of our platform.
* Coordinating implementation timelines with senior living communities and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution.
* Monitoring project progress, proactively addressing client concerns and roadblocks to ensure timely resolution.
* Gathering feedback and relaying insights to internal teams for continuous improvement, helping us refine our customer success approach in a fast-paced environment.
* Ensuring customers are fully equipped with the knowledge and tools needed for a seamless deployment, empowering them to get the most out of our platform.
* Responding to inbound inquiries from potential customers, providing them with the necessary information to make informed purchasing decisions.
