As a Customer Supply Chain Specialist at blithequark, you will be operationally responsible for meeting our customers' expectations through proactive order management, ensuring timely delivery of the right products to our customers. You will work closely with other Customer Supply Chain Specialists, Customer Collaboration Managers, Sales Teams, and our Distribution Partners to achieve this goal. Your daily responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the daily operational execution of shipments, ensuring the validity of orders, supporting customers' visibility on their order book, and executing and optimizing various operational duties to support the customer supply chain.
