About the Role

As a Customer Supply Chain Specialist at blithequark, you will be operationally responsible for meeting our customers' expectations through proactive order management, ensuring timely delivery of the right products to our customers. You will work closely with other Customer Supply Chain Specialists, Customer Collaboration Managers, Sales Teams, and our Distribution Partners to achieve this goal. Your daily responsibilities will include leading and coordinating the daily operational execution of shipments, ensuring the validity of orders, supporting customers' visibility on their order book, and executing and optimizing various operational duties to support the customer supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate daily operational execution of shipments with stakeholders to provide the best possible service to customers.
Ensure the validity of orders and fulfill orders according to expectations, flagging risks and constructively seeking solutions when service levels cannot be met.
Support customers' visibility on their order book through proper administration and standardized communication.
Execute and optimize intercompany orders, master data corrections, electronic data interfacing, order scheduling, product life cycle management, and other supporting operational duties.
Support other Customer Supply Chain Specialists, Distribution team, and Customer Collaboration Managers in achieving metrics to meet Customer Supply Chain targets.
Continuously seek ways to improve customer service and predictability, challenging the status quo to enable continuous improvement.
Depending on seniority, support and act as back-up to Customer Collaboration managers in managing customers' performance requirements.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

First relevant working experience, preferably in the fields of Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, or related fields.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English; French is a strong advantage.
Proven experience within international business environments.
Strong skills in Excel and/or Tableau.
Customer, market, channel knowledge, and experience preferred.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
Embracing continuous learning and process improvement.
