Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CSAMs and other internal teams, such as Supply Request Execution, Logistics, Account Receivable, and Customer Service Record Managers, to ensure seamless execution, delivery, and payment of products.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with CSAMs, Channel Affiliate Partners, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Attend regular calls and record reviews with Affiliate Partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage the execution of the Order Stream Cycle with Affiliate Partners, from Order Booking through delivery, to guarantee optimal customer service levels.
- Own post-bill, backend business health metrics and KPIs, and provide actionable insights to management and partners.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within Affiliate Operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong proficiency in SAP and Excel, with the ability to generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
