About the Role: Customer Support Advocate
We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Support Advocate to join our team. Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-notch customer solutions via email, chat, and phone services, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
- Train and assist customers in adapting to new software updates and features, promoting a seamless user experience
