**Position Description**
We're seeking At-Home Contact Center Specialists to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. Your tasks will include:
* Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services
* Scheduling appointments
* Qualifying insurance leads
* Recruiting patients for medical studies
* Setting medical appointments
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, or chat

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
* Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
* Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
* Ownership of a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:
+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better)
+ Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit/64-bit) or higher
+ RAM: 8GB or more
* Webcam
* High-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
* A quiet workspace with a dedicated desk
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
**Training and Development**
As a Customer Support Associate, you'll undergo a comprehensive 2-week virtual training program, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST). This training will cover the following topics:
* arenaflex's products and services
* Customer service best practices
* CRM software and other customer service tools
* Communication and interpersonal skills
* Time management and productivity techniques
