As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be the friendly face and organized mind behind all family interactions, guiding them through our admissions process with ease and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide prompt and precise responses to inquiries from parents through phone and email
* Guide and support student ambassadors to effectively showcase our programs during tours
* Organize the logistics for tours and shadow days with meticulous attention to detail
* Keep our CRM & SIS systems updated with current admissions records
* Assist in the creation of scalable manuals and processes for future campuses
**What You Won't Be Doing**
* Developing or directing the admissions strategy
* Supervising a team or managing multiple campuses
* Engaging in curriculum development or direct student instruction
**Essential Qualifications**
* Over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer support or sales
* Proficient in both written and verbal communication

* Authorization to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship
