**Job Description:**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our plan members, addressing their queries, and resolving issues related to pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chats from plan members, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and concise information about pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions
* Resolve issues and escalate complex cases to senior representatives or supervisors as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently
* Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications:**
