You'll provide world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support. We expect you to create magical customer experiences that embody the essence of arenaflex. **Responsibilities** * Understand arenaflex products thoroughly to resolve product and service issues effectively. * Provide technical support to arenaflex customers via telephone, chat, and email. * Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear, empathetic, and concise manner. * Maintain customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and issues. * Keep records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * First Call Resolution (FCR) rate of 80% or higher. * Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score of 90% or higher. * Average Handling Time (AHT) of 5 minutes or less. * Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50 or higher. **Required Skills** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Customer-centric mindset with a great deal of patience. * Ability to analyze complex technical information. * Strong problem-solving skills. * Multitasking and time management skills. * Familiarity with arenaflex products, services, and platforms is preferred. **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is a plus. * At least 1-year experience in customer service or technical support. * Proficient in English.
