Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with a range of financial services, including 401(k) account management, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance. You will also provide education and resources to help clients make informed decisions about their financial futures. **What to Expect** As a new Customer Support Representative, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to succeed in this role. You will join a training cohort of associates and spend 14 weeks learning about the financial services industry, developing your skills, and gaining new experiences. During this phase, you will start with basic customer calls and progress to more sophisticated calls related to our clients' 401(k) plans. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and digital platforms * Assist clients with a range of financial services, including 401(k) account management, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance * Provide education and resources to help clients make informed decisions about their financial futures * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and empathy * Adapt to changing business needs and priorities, including working extra hours based on business needs and your availability **The Skills You Bring** * Ability to establish rapport and relationships through effective communication * Great listening skills, professionalism, and empathy toward others to support the challenges of our diverse clients * Adaptability and flexibility to succeed in various work environments (i.e., balancing working from office and home, overtime, etc.) * Proficiency in navigating and troubleshooting basic technology issues or systems * Ability to handle a variety of situations and conversations driving towards a resolution suitable for all * Self-motivated teammate with strong social skills who brings energy and passion to the team **Essential Qualifications** * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience * High School diploma or GED required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the financial services industry or a related field * Strong knowledge of financial products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field **Our Investments in You** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers our associates.
