**About the Role**
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with customers and providing them with the support they need to succeed. Your role will involve:
* Answering customer requests, handling bug issues, and investigating problems on their accounts
* Categorizing and analyzing insights from conversations with customers to improve our products and processes
* Identifying potential areas for improvement in the customer journey and self-service
* Maintaining and expanding articles, bots, the knowledge library, and auto-replies to ensure fast and qualitative support
* Taking responsibility for own projects and ensuring they are completed within a quarter to improve the support service
* Participating in customer onboarding calls to ensure a smooth start with our product
**Who We Are Looking For**
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about online marketing and has excellent communication skills. You should be able to:

**Requirements**
* Excellent communication skills in German (native) and English (fluent)
* Strong passion for online marketing
* Ability to handle customer inquiries with ease
* Good project management skills
* Ability to organize your day and prioritize tasks
* Share constructive feedback and be open to feedback
* Understanding of customer needs and ability to identify potential areas for improvement
**Nice to Have**
* Technical knowledge of marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Zapier, email tools) and social media
* Technical background or experience in tech support
