About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with screening and monitoring orders in our system, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

- Perform data entry tasks, updating information and maintaining accurate records.

Training and Schedule
To ensure your success in the role, we'll provide comprehensive in-person training at our office in Green Bay, WI. This training will cover all aspects of the position, equipping you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel. Following training, you'll be able to work remotely on a 12-hour rotating night shift schedule from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. To be eligible for remote work, you must live within 45 minutes to 1 hour of Green Bay, WI, and have a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
