Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the arenaflex system, leveraging your technical skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems.
- Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved, ensuring that all issues are addressed and closed in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Complete call logs and reports, maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and support activities.
- Recognize, document, and alert the supervisor of trends and issues in customer calls, contributing to the continuous improvement of our support processes and services.
- Recommend process improvements, sharing your ideas and insights to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth.

Essential Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, candidates, and colleagues at all levels.

- Expert reading and writing skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information and ideas.

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, with experience in a technical support role being a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful, with a proactive and results-driven approach to resolving complex customer issues.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
