**The Role**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our clients' brands, providing top-notch support to customers via phone and ticket support. You'll be the GPS for customers to understand and optimize the best use of a client's product or services. Our Mods bring super skills, a positive attitude, and a great vibe to project work every day.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone and ticket support
* Assist and guide customers to the right answers, solve concerns, and resolve issues
* Work with clients to understand and optimize the best use of their product or services
* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless support and resolve complex issues
* Stay up-to-date with client products and services to provide accurate and informed support
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**Requirements:**
* 1+ year of customer support experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Friendly tone and positive attitude
* Willingness to adjust for feedback and help the team
* Availability to work weekdays and weekends (5am-7pm Pacific Time)
* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above
* Quality headset
* Quiet workspace to take calls
* Willingness to install MSQ security software and 2FA app on the phone
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with top-tier clients or brands
* Knowledge of customer support software and tools
* Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software
