About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch support via telephone, email, and chat. Your expertise and dedication will ensure that our customers receive timely and effective solutions to their queries, fostering loyalty and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Telephone Support: Deliver exceptional telephone support as scheduled, responding to customer inquiries in a professional, caring, and responsive manner. Ensure that all customer questions are answered completely, and commitments to perform research and follow-up are completed.
- Email and Chat Support: Provide timely and effective support via email and chat, addressing customer queries and concerns in a clear and concise manner. Ensure that all customer information and resolution details are accurately logged in our ticketing system.
- Skill Improvement: Continuously develop and refine your cognitive and customer service skills to stay up-to-date with our supported products and services. Attend training classes, complete assigned exercises, and demonstrate problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communication: Provide feedback on support issues, resolutions, and suggestions to your supervisor or department manager. Communicate trends, issues, and proposed solutions to supervisors and management, driving process improvements and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Support your colleagues by providing procedural advice and assistance, promoting a positive and productive team environment. Help maintain and ensure positive working relationships with support clients, adhering to blithequark's guidelines and client policies and procedures.
- Productivity and Accuracy: Maintain departmental productivity standards while ensuring accuracy in our ticketing system, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-Centric Mindset: Exhibit a passion for delivering superior customer care, responding to customer needs in a timely and effective manner.
- Dependability, Adaptability, and Flexibility: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, adapting to changing priorities and circumstances while maintaining a flexible and positive attitude.
- Basic Math Skills: Possess basic math skills to accurately process customer transactions and resolve queries.
- Creative Thinking and Reasoning Ability: Apply creative thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and improve our support processes.
While not required, experience in sales, marketing, or promotions is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
