Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless management of listings and support tickets
- Work independently to manage your workload, taking responsibility for your tasks and ensuring timely completion
- Communicate effectively with your teammate to ensure 7-day coverage, including weekends (Sundays mornings only)
- Utilize modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Essential Qualifications
- Native U.S. English speaker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking responsibility for your work and meeting deadlines
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends (2 weekends per month)
