**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include:
* Cleaning high and low spaces in our distribution center, including exhausting waste, clearing, wiping, and cleaning all surfaces with designated cleaning equipment
* Maintaining and cleaning of bathrooms, break rooms, designated areas, and outdoor grounds
* Restocking cleaning supplies as needed
* Operating an electric bed jack to move beds and store items in designated areas of the distribution center
* Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Ranking Director
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
* Ability to lift up to 50lbs freely
* Strong attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks
* Ability to lead and demonstrate energy
* Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* At least six months of experience operating an electric bed jack
* Familiarity with warehouse or distribution center environments
* Previous customer service experience
