- Effectively communicate with clients pre- and post-travel, ensuring that they are fully informed and prepared for their trip
- Promptly respond to all travel inquiries, providing timely and helpful solutions to our clients' questions and concerns
- Effectively manage your time when researching trips and communicating with clients, ensuring that every client receives a prompt and personalized response
- Handle issues that may arise during the booking and/or travel process for clients, providing solutions and alternatives to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience
- Maintain up-to-date information within our software, ensuring that our systems are accurate and efficient
- Network with tour operators regarding packages that you can offer to clients, expanding our portfolio of travel options and services
- Participate in FAM trips when possible, enhancing your knowledge and expertise of specific destinations and travel experiences
Essential Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work within the US
- Must be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a strong sales background, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and promote our travel services
- Must have a smartphone with internet access, with a laptop recommended but not required
- Personal travel experience is highly desirable, although not essential
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is also desirable, although not required
