**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working 24 hours a week. As a remote employee, you'll be based in Columbus, OH or Pittsburgh, PA, and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients, families, and internal stakeholders through after-hours support. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Actively listening to and probing callers to determine the purpose of their calls in a professional and timely manner
* Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate way
* Providing swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all internal and external customers, with a focus on creating a great customer experience
* Resolving issues by clarifying the customer's concern, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and expediting correction or adjustment
* Having access to personal health information (PHI) necessary to fulfill the above duties and responsibilities, with access to use and ability to disclose PHI defined by each organization/department
* Effectively working with others and promoting teamwork to generate positive and creative results
**Qualifications**
To qualify for this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* One (1) year experience in customer service
* Ability to work every weekend, 3rd shift
* Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively handle a heavy workload
* Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel
* Proficient in software programs and able to navigate between computer systems
* Ability to sit in front of a computer for long periods of time
* Travel required for training and onsite orientation at an office nearest to you
