- Provide customers with information and education about blithequark's products and services, generating additional revenue opportunities and promoting customer loyalty.
- Perform required research to solve problems, and complete dispute, stop payment, change of address, and other maintenance forms or service events as necessary.
- Monitor and complete Synapsys events in a timely manner, in accordance with established service standards, and identify and escalate priority issues as needed.
- Deliver superior customer service by consistently exhibiting a friendly, calm demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all blithequark products, services, procedures, policies, and regulatory issues relating to daily job functions, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act, Privacy, Fair Lending, and Regulation E.
