Key Responsibilities

- Analyze customer behavior to identify neglected customer needs and untapped content opportunities
- Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions
- Optimize content launch and episode release strategy
- Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
- Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to drive business forward
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods (decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.)
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
