Key Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analysis procedures, including data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning, to drive business decisions
- Analyze customer behavior to identify neglected customer needs and undiscovered content opportunities
- Predict content engagement to guide acquisition decisions
- Optimize content launch and episode release methodology
- Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention
- Develop new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance
- Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders to drive business forward
- Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with R and/or Python
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning methods, including decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
- Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems
- Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- A Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or a related field
