The Data Analyst II position is a critical role within blithequark's Data Ventures, where you will be at the heart of translating data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This is not a remote position; the team comes into the office 3 days a week, and we are currently considering candidates located near Bentonville, AR, or Dallas, TX, who can work on-site. If you are not local and, please indicate "open to relocation" at the top of your resume for consideration. This position is not eligible for sponsorship now or in the future.
To excel in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in data analysis, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills. The essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analysis, Math, Arts, Finance, or related fields. Alternatively, 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field is also acceptable.
Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analysis, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, as well as related industry experience, particularly in retail, marketing, healthcare, or e-commerce. Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Flash, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau) is also valued.
