Job Overview

The Research Design Consultant plays a vital role in supporting our Network Planning Team in the flight schedule introduction process. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams and leaders within Network Planning and across business teams to ensure cooperation and alignment on multiple efforts and initiatives
• Analyze schedules and complex datasets to discover relevant insights for stakeholders
• Synthesize large amounts of data using SQL, Access, Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx
• Develop high-quality and timely presentation materials to inform and influence senior leaders
• Navigate the complexities of multiple teams and engagements
• Analyze historical profitability and performance metrics to gain insight into future performance
• Contribute to the innovative development of opportunity network designs, connectivity structures, scheduling approaches, and other initiatives that drive business growth
