About the Role
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans.
- Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan Matching share awards.
- Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities, to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting.
- Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, third-party vendors, or other stakeholders.
- Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant process and stock purchase plan enrollment activities.
- Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations.
- Reviewing and maintaining equity management policies and documentation.
- Performing other equity plan administration tasks as requested.
Qualifications & Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in stock plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience working with various stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly.
- Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday in particular), processes, and interrelationships of data transfers.
- Ability to analyze and convert findings into clear actionable recommendations.
