Job Overview
As a Data Entry Agent at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of our data. Key Responsibilities
- Input data accurately into blithequark databases, spreadsheets, or other systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify and ensure the accuracy of data entry to prevent errors, and perform data cleanup and validation to improve data quality.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both digital and physical, to ensure easy access and retrieval of information.
- Review and update existing data to ensure consistency and correctness, and generate reports, summaries, and other documents from inputted data.
- Process forms, applications, and other documents as needed, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Handle sensitive information securely and with discretion, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and data integrity.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, and provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
