**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Professional to join our Patient Care Coordinator team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling monthly quiet top-off requests, ensuring accurate documentation, and providing exceptional patient care. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer incoming calls from patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and patient reference sources regarding nutrition treatment request status
* Triaging calls to different departments to ensure efficient resolution
* Confirming patient demographics and insurance information to guarantee accurate shipment
* Handling new patient orders and updating electronic clinical records
* Collaborating with the patient confirmations department to ensure smooth onboarding of patients with our services
**Required Capabilities**
* At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing environment
* Experience with data entry and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Preferred Capabilities**
* Home infusion or strong clinical hardware (DME) experience
* Call center experience
* Experience working in a healthcare setting
