You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of applications used by our teams, testing applications, and providing metrics to showcase progress. Our Quality Administration Office is responsible for ensuring the quality of applications used by our teams. As an Innovation Investigator Understudy, you will work closely with Scrum Masters, Engineers, and Product Owners to test applications and provide feedback. You will also be responsible for providing metrics to showcase progress and ensuring that our leadership team is aware of how testing is going.
Our Southwest Get-aways (SWAV) team is responsible for creating new, income-generating products for blithequark beyond its core air product. As an Innovation Investigator Understudy, you will have the opportunity to work with this team and learn about the air business as well as the travel business as a whole.
