As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, and contributing to the development of arenaflex's proprietary tools and technologies. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Proactively identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement in arenaflex's data entry processes across disciplines.
- Preserving, extending, and aiding existing development gear, including custom asset pipelines and proprietary libraries.
- Building and guiding custom asset pipelines to support arenaflex's game development needs.
- Growing arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, including workflow inefficiencies, pain points, and troubles in arenaflex's improvement process.
- Generating candidate answers, weighing tradeoffs given the hassle context and improvement timeline, implementing the selected answer, and helping the adoption of the solution by the team.
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong passion for empowering others to do their best work.
- Experience with the overall device lifecycle, including identifying issues, comparing capacity answers, implementing tools, and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Proficiency in operating with custom standalone gear.
- Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
- Experience with custom game engines, including Unreal or Unity.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Net Tech.
