Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer information, ensuring completion within timed deadlines, and facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately processing customer information and ensuring completion within timed deadlines, with a minimum keystroke rate of 6000 KPH.
• Facilitating auditing of customer-generated file listings against box contents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Interfacing and coordinating with operations, customer services, and account management teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Escalating any serious operational issues immediately to the Data Entry Team Leader to ensure prompt resolution.
• Carrying out duties deemed necessary by blithequark management to support the success of the team and the organization.
• Ensuring full compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other key operating standards, as well as Health and Safety (including Fire and First Aid) & ISO standards.
• Processing client information from transmittal sheets and boxes and inputting data onto SKP or DCS systems.
• Using the system to verify customer records and ensure accuracy.
• Setting up DCS screens and transmitting data to customers.
• Researching and resolving system data issues to ensure data integrity.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will need to demonstrate the following essential qualifications:
