As a key member of our health insurance operations team, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, possess excellent communication skills, and are proficient in data entry and typing, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities:** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Researching and responding to telephone and written inquiries from customers, agents, and other stakeholders in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner * Evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions * Entering data accurately and efficiently into our systems, ensuring high-quality data and minimal errors * Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Staying up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A High School Diploma or GED * 1 year of customer service experience in a health care or health insurance environment * Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions * Data entry and/or typing experience * Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills * Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * 1 year of customer service experience * 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment * Experience working with various lines of business, such as CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management * Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy **Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in data entry and typing (at least 40 wpm) * Basic computer skills, including navigation in Outlook and general computer knowledge * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
