About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. This is a remote online position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $26/hour and opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data into our systems with high accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Perform data quality checks to identify and resolve errors or discrepancies
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure data consistency and integrity
• Meet productivity and quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or Computer Science
• 3+ years of experience in a STEM-related field
• Understanding of Data Protection & Privacy requirements and policies at the local, national, and global levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment with strict deadlines and multiple tasks concurrently
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Reliable, punctual attendance is a critical feature of this role

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a stronger candidate:

• CISA certification
• Security+ certification
• Knowledge of computer networking principles and protocols, and network security
• Knowledge of security engineering and architecture principles
• Knowledge of cryptography and cryptographic key management principles
• Hands-on experience with Data Protection & Privacy vendors, tools, and products
