**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a full-time, part-time, or contract basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently inputting, organizing, and managing data from our client's facility portal into our CRM. This role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with large volumes of information.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Daily data input accurately and efficiently into computer systems or databases
* Verifying and reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and making necessary corrections
* Organizing and maintaining data files and records electronically and in hard copy
* Performing data quality checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of information
* Sorting, compiling, and processing data to generate reports, charts, and other documents
* Retrieving and extracting data from various sources or documents as required
* Collaborating with team members to resolve any data-related issues or discrepancies
* Following established procedures and guidelines for data entry and confidentiality
* Maintaining high levels of data accuracy and integrity at all times
* Adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks to meet productivity goals
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
