As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing specialized support for network infrastructure and internal work area frameworks, software, and equipment. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities. If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Answering client support requests and determining the technical issue (i.e., software or hardware related) and maintaining trust in TSG. * Communicating with clients by telephone to discuss identified issues or concerns and resolve the issues (e.g., equipment or software glitch, client error, etc.). * Investigating identified issues by gathering clarification on some things, reviewing web information sites, as well as internal site (i.e., project journal) to identify solutions and work towards resolution. * Conducting site visits within the area to investigate issues as well as install or upgrade equipment and software if the help issue cannot be resolved remotely. * Conducting follow-up with clients to confirm issues were resolved completely. * Completing service orders to prevent functional delays in resolving issues. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * The ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical clients. * Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (client/server). * Experience with Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, Workstation Applications, Dynamic Catalog, and other Internet browsers. * Technical certifications like A+, Company, or MCP. * Technical work experience. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with data entry software and systems. * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services. **Compensation and Benefits** arenaflex offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including: * A base salary ranging from $22.10/hour to $35.90/hour, depending on market area and individual qualifications. * Opportunities for annual short-term and long-term incentive compensation programs. * Eligibility for clinical/physician-recommended medication coverage, dental and vision benefits, flexible spending account, health savings account, dependent care flexible spending account, life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, disability pay security plan, employee assistance program, educational assistance program, 401(k) retirement program, vacation, paid holidays and personal time, paid sick/family and medical leave time as legally required, and limited employee stock purchase program. **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to providing a work environment that is inclusive, respectful, and supportive.
