About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team at CVS Health. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our business operations by accurately and efficiently processing data, resolving issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing data accurately and efficiently, with a focus on quality and attention to detail
- Resolving issues and discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Staying up-to-date with changing business requirements and adapting to new processes and systems
- Participating in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Additional Duties
As a Data Entry Specialist, you may be involved in various projects and tasks, including:
- Working on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner, with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Supporting the implementation of CAPAS carrier catalog offerings
- Incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations
- Supporting the implementation of patron PA documents at some point in the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/possibility identification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse
- Self-motivation and a strong, effective attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
- RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access database
