About the Role

As a Product Data Researcher, you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams throughout the development cycle to build exceptional products that delight users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, Own, and Refine Product Success Metrics: Work with Product Management, UX, and Engineering to develop a comprehensive metric framework that links to business elevation.
- Report, Track, and Excuse Key Metrics: Identify critical product functionalities and assess their business impact, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with Engineering Teams: Identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities, with a focus on business-generating client ventures.
- Influence Product Strategy: Work with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to apply technical expertise with observational data analysis to address critical business questions.
- Communicate Data-Driven Insights: Deliver effective presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to various levels of stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong Educational Background: Four-year certification in Measurements, Math, Information Science, Designing, Physical science, Financial matters, or a connected quantitative field, or comparable functional experience.
- Analytical Experience: 3 years of involvement in examination applications, including data analysis, statistical examination, or business issue resolution, and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
Preferred Qualifications
- Exploratory Design Experience: Experience with exploratory design, data preparation, information examination, review plan, and measurable demonstrating.
- Operational Support Experience: Experience in essential examination or tasks the executives support, including counseling, the board detailing, and Six Sigma accreditation.
- Statistical Analysis Skills: Ability to apply factual preparation to genuine information and drive business decisions.
- Independent Project Management: Capacity to finish projects independently and work with cross-practical groups in a unique high-speed climate.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Superb critical thinking and decisive reasoning abilities.
