We are looking for an exceptional individual to fill the role of Driver Onboarding Specialist and Data Entry Clerk, who will be responsible for guiding our delivery professionals through the onboarding process, from sign-up to activation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in a business environment, with related experience in areas such as data entry, human resources, reception, administrative assistance, or customer service. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in these fields is preferred, although we are open to considering candidates with less experience who demonstrate exceptional potential.
To be successful in this role, you should possess an Associate's degree or higher, although this is not a strict requirement. Preferred experience includes 1-2 years of working in recruiting, onboarding gig app workers, data entry, HR, or customer service. However, we are eager to consider candidates from diverse backgrounds who can demonstrate their ability to learn and adapt quickly.

The salary range for this role is $25,000 to $35,000 annually, depending on your skills, education, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including 401k, healthcare, and paid time off. This role is available in San Diego, CA, or as a remote work opportunity within the USA. If you prefer to work from home, you must have access to a reliable internet connection and a working computer.
