Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Email Campaigns: Design, create, and execute cold outbound email campaigns using a variety of tools such as Hubspot, Apollo, Dripify, and Sales Navigator. Your goal will be to craft campaigns that resonate with our target audience and generate SQL and MQL leads for our sales team.
- Email Strategy and Content Development: Develop comprehensive email marketing content strategies that focus on lead nurturing, conversion optimization, and brand alignment. Your strategies should be data-driven and tailored to our audience's needs and preferences.
- List Segmentation and Targeting: Segment our email lists to ensure targeted and personalized messaging that enhances engagement and conversion rates. Your ability to understand our audience and tailor our messaging accordingly will be crucial.
- A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize various elements of our outbound campaigns, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions. Your insights will be invaluable in continuously improving our email performance.
- Collaborative Copywriting: Work closely with our marketing team to develop compelling email and LinkedIn content that captures the interest of potential leads. You will also be responsible for developing copies or templates to respond to the CEO's LinkedIn messages, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on email campaign performance, using data to drive future strategy and improvements. You will generate leads and pull audience insights to inform the development of future campaigns and business development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
