* Maintaining a high level of productivity, meeting established daily quotas, and performing repetitive tasks with precision
* Handling personal and confidential member information in accordance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating a strong commitment to data security and confidentiality
* Accurately documenting and recording member information, adhering to specific instructions and procedures
* Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Process electronic submissions from members, ensuring accuracy and compliance with specified requirements
